Do You Journal?

I've been thinking about starting to journal in the new year. I never really liked the idea of a dude keeping a diary, but I hear it's a good practise. Any dudes out here journal? Would you recommend it?

    Here's a simply but effective structure for journaling:
    Scripture
    Observation
    Application
    Prayer
