Creative Mission

When I say the word "missionary" what do you think of? Someone going to live in a mud hut in Africa? Maybe. There are many different types of missionary, and that is one kind. I'd like to introduce you to a very cool group of missionaries I recently discovered. "Walking on Water" is a group that uses surfing to take the gospel across the world. They go as surfers, and bring Jesus to the surf community in that country. I think early surfers were a lot like early Christians, I'll explain that in a later blog, and so it's easy to draw parallels. Check it out. It's a pretty sweet deal. www.walkingonwater.org
