It is no secret that the trendy thing to do right now is be "green." With the threat of global warming, oil prices on the rise, rapid urbanization of land and food costs soaring it's easy to see the environment is a hot topic. But I feel like this might be taking it too far. A "Green Bible"? Apparently the Bible talks more about the earth that it does about love. You know how Bibles used to have the words of Jesus in red? Well now verses dealing with the environment are in green. Now, I'm all for protecting the environment, and being good stewards of the earth, but this seems excessive. What do you think? Are you going to go out and buy a "Green Bible?"

ReplyDeleteSeriously though, I think it might be a bit much to have verses about the environment in green. I understand the words of Jesus, but this is kind of over the top.
